Hi everyone, I have my device here just newly purchased device. However, my provider does not have a guide for configuration, I mean they are lack of configuration guides. I have Fritzbox here which I think commonly used by some people who are having that device for a long time. I hope you can help on how to do this. thanks!

Who is your voip provider? You should ask assistance from them how to configure Fritzbox

Nomado Telecom is my voip provider. Yes I already asked for their assistance and they solved it quickly. Right now I am using it without any problem. Hopefully, it will be working properly forever thanks for your advice
