For several days, I've been unable to see call my records (Your Account > Services > Call Records > Incoming / Outgoing / Missed). I contacted customer support a couple of times. Initially they said it would be fixed in half an hour, then that they weren't sure what the problem was and would get back to me - but I haven't heard anything.
I would have thought call records were a pretty core part of the system (not least because they are needed for billing), so I'm surprised this is dragging on.
Does anyone have an update on what the problem is and when it's likely to get fixed?
