 Call forwarding on an iPhone

Good morning,

Im currently trying out your system with a view to setting up a new service to clients however on trying out forwarding of my mobile number to the VOIP number Im unable to set the Forward number to my 0560 number?

I dont think its the iPhone as its allowing me to forward to other numbers such as my 2nd mobile, landline and my works VOIP number (03000).

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Ive tried putting the standard 0560..... number in and attempted it with the whole +44 at the start but neither works. The number shown in my forwarding is unchanged from whatever I previously used. (It also didnt work as the 1st number I tried so its not like the phone is refusing to let me change an existing forward to this one).

Does your mobile provider allow diverts to 0560 numbers? Are you pay go or pay monthly?

I think the likes of 02/giff gaff etc only allow you to divert to UK landlines and mobiles(01,02,03,07).

This is an O2 decision rather than giffgaffs.

Give your mobile network customer services a ring and confirm that they have no restrictions in place.
