Dialing / Diverting to a Call Group

I have a few questions regarding IVR call groups that don't have a telephone number associated:

1. Is it possible to dial and transfer a call group from a virtual PBX extension to an IVR call group.

For example someone comes though to our customer service call group and we need to transfer the person to our sale department call group.

2. Is if possible to call forward to a an IVR call group.

For example our customer service department don't work saturdays but our sales department do. We would like for the accounts call group to be forwarded to the sales call group in this situation.
