From your setup, it sounds like you're using the default group "ring extension group."

When using the free group, voicemails are directed at the main email address - which is what you're currently experiencing. Unfortunately it's not possible to change the email address, unless you change your master email address for all account and billing notifications too.

There's two possible options in this scenario:

1) Purchasing a paid group (£1 per month) will allow you to define an email address, or multiple addresses - different from your main email address.

2) You could update your main account address to be something more generic/or a distribution list, if your email provider supports it.

I hope this clears this up, and clarifies the PBX.
