Double counting all calls for the last 4 days

I was surprised by high usage, and looked more closely at the call records - only to find every call for the last 4 days was showing up, and being counted in usage totals, twice! (Starting with the call on 18/09/2013 at 10:11, in my case, which was the first call of that day.)

On the website view, each call is only showing up once, but counting twice in the totals. So, yesterday shows 3 calls, totalling 109 minutes, with 218 minutes as the total in the grey bar above; the downloaded CSV has every call exactly duplicated from 18/9 onwards.

Please email support at so we can check what's going wrong for you. It's very likely the records are reporting wrong but the amount you've been charged is correct.
