SPA112

Hi, i need to know what is the reason why my SPA112 is not working properly, i bought it to my recent provider and it is pre-configured, when i receive it, everything worked excellent, but after a couple of months that i am using it, that's the time it starts getting worst. Do you think the problem is the SPA112 itself? Should i replace it?

Are you using it with Voipfone? If so, probably best you email in to support@voipfone.co.uk from your registered email address so we can help diagnose the problem.
