Extension Unregistered & Voicemail problems

Hi

I'm new to voipfone and am having a few problems getting to grips with it, the 2 issues I'm having at the moment are,
1. The extension is showing as unregistered, I've tried rebooting everything but it's made no difference.
2. All incoming call are going straight through to Voicemail even though it's switched off in the settings.

Any help would be appreciated

If you can, please email support@voipfone.co.uk from your registered email address. We can then troubleshoot with you to find out whats causing the problem and get you up and running.
