3CX Android Issue

#1
Hi

I have a Voipfone account and I'm trying to use the 3CX SIP client to connect.

It works fine with the recommended settings if I am connected via my home WiFi, but if I disconnect and use the mobile network then the client will not register. My phone will browse, email etc. OK.

I'm on T-mobile. Is SIP beng blocked ? If so Is there a way around it?

Cheers
Ceri

T-Mobile do block VoIP on many of their tariffs, you'll have to check with them to see if yours is one of them.

If they are blocking it it's likely it's against their T&C's to use it via their network.
