ATL IP200 Setup

I think I have setup my ATL IP200 properly. I can make calls from it, I call 155 and get the success message but for some reason when I call my number it diverts straight to voicemail without ringing.

Does anyone have any idea what I may have done wrong?

Could you please email support at voipfone co uk from your accounts registered email address, we can then take a look at the account to see if the device has connected properly and if not, help find the cause of why calls are not ringing on your device.
