Call groups and multiple extensions

Hi all
I'm trying to set up a call group. the package builder specifies that we get one free call group per extension number.
I have 2 extensions.

What I need is

Person calls main number > IVR picks up call > user chooses dept > all extensions ring

What I currently have is

Person calls main number > IVR picks up call > user chooses dept > only the selected extension rings


In the call group section, they all seemed to be blocked out. I can't seem to enable the tick box.

Unfortunately the free call group is not compatible with the IVR service. You would need to add one call group to your account, you'll then be able to select the extensions as required.
