Guys on both my geo number and 0800 number I AM STILL getting the engaged tone, my office hours on the PBX is not working, my VM does not kick and there are no redirects in place.

A ticket has been live since yesterday morning and I was told it would be sorted by the end of yesterday?

Can you update me please as this is making my lines non-operational and I have had to kill all my ads while this is sorted AND it is now costing me money.

Hi Ticket Number #1534

I have just tested it and now it redirects me to my landline when it should be closed AND there are no redirects set so how is it going to my landline????

As I stated in my ticket, this is what I have tried to achieve but it ain't happening...
All I need right now is to divert to another phone during office hours and then out of office the answerphone kicks in using the business hours via PBX which I purchased. My hardware is not with me until next week.
I want this for both my 0800 and my geo

The ticket system you have raised the issue in is for issues with our new control panel, not for general service issues or questions. There doesn't appear to be an issue in the control panel causing you problems. It looks like misconfiguration of the business hours.
