Voicemail Message Recording

Hi Guys

I have recorded a message for my vm but it still goes to the default recording after one hour since I recorded my own?

Also, does the office hour notice work for NON PBX holders as I do not need PBX but I do need the office hours?

Please advise

Did you call 1571 or 1572? It depends how your account is set up as to which will be required.

If you don't have our PBX you won't be able to use our business hours function.

1571 is for extension numbers direct or incoming numbers pointing at an extension, 1572 is for incoming numbers coming in to a group, the voicemail is then left on on main account, not an extension.
