WRTP54G line registering but no calls possible

I have problems with my WRTP54G. The line registers but its not possible to make or receive calls.

I have noticed there is a new sip.voipfone.NET address mentioned I am currently using .co.uk, should I change this? Also should I be using the NAT.voipfone.net:5065?

The only thing that has changed in my network recently is that I added an cisco voip fone using a different voipfone account for business use. Both lines where working correctly until recently.
