Caller ID Changes on Diverted Calls

We've made some changes to how caller ID is presented on diverted calls.

In the past if you diverted after a timeout, busy or via PSTN fail over the number presented on the target phone would be your own outgoing caller ID.

Now the caller ID will be the callers number, unless you have line presentation turned on - Then it'll be the called number.

If you would prefer to see the called number you can activate line presentation here next to each of your numbers (If you have our PBX service)
