Eyebeam soft phone won't stop ringing!

Hello

I have a problem, my eyebeam softphone (paid version of x-lite). We have a hardware phone in the office and I'm on an PBX extension in my home office using eyebeam. My PBX is on the same ringing group as the main line.

I don't always answer calls, leaving it to someone in the main office. However my softphone will continue to ringing forever until I hit ignore. Regardless of whether it's answered in the main office or the other party hangs up.

Any ideas as it's driving me mad!

Can you please try adding sip.voipfone.net into your phone instead of sip.voipfone.co.uk.

Could you possibly email in to support at voipfone co uk please so we can look into this issue further for you? Could you possibly email us a screenshot of your current settings please?
