Dect phone with ata

#1
Hi.
I'm sorting out some voip for an office. As the dect phones they are using now are pretty new I was hoping to use them through an ata for the voip. Is there any problem with more than one handset using one extension at the same time?
Cheers
Jon

I am afraid you can not have more then one phone registered to one phone. You will need an extension per handset. You can purchase the extensions in the package builder in your Voipfone account for 99p + VAT per month.

Hi.
Thanks, I wasn't very clear with my question. I will try and be clearer.

Can two dect handsets connected to one base station which is plugged in to an ATA make separate voip calls at the same time? I appreciate the having to have a pbx extension for each handset, it's the "will the hardware do it" bit I'm not sure of.
I'm not familiar with dect phones or, if it comes to it, ATAs :-)
Cheers
Jon
