"Trying to Reconnect" after placing on hold


I have just got a Linksys SPA941. Just doing a few tests and If i make a call from the phone to my mobile, place on hold and then click on the line again - everything works perfectly.

However if i call from my mobile to my phone, i can place the mobile on hold but when i click on the line, it says "Trying to reconect" and then hangs up but the caller is left on hold music.

This only seems to be happening if I call via a call queue - if i call the phone directly, the hold feature works.

Any ideas what is happening?

If you are not using an outbound proxy in the phone could you please add nat.voipfone.co.uk:5065 and select use outbound proxy yes then submit all changes.

You will need to reboot the router and phone when these changes have been made.
