I use my Voipfone line through a PABX (one extension) forwarded to my mobile phone. When a customer calls my mobile rings and it tells me that the call was placed to the voipfone number and I can answer accordingly. Is there anyway of telling what the originating number was so that I can call back?
Thanks
Paul
Re: Telephone Number On Diverted Calls (Question 1)
#2It depends how you have it configured in your account.
If your number is set to 'ring extension group' under inbound phone number setup and you divert your extension via PBX diverts then the inbound number of callers will be logged in your inbound call logs.
