Linksys SPA2100 (SPA2102) UK setup with Tesco VOIP

I'm using the SPA2100 with the Tesco VOIP service and while I have it working I think the settings are about 95% there.

Dialling in/out you sometimes (not everytime) get a repeat of the dialling tone. This is not always heard by the other party and will stop after 10 or 15 seconds.

I've tried to find a manual for it that lists the UK settings without success and the European ones have at least allowed me to piece together the config settings to get up and running. I have also got hold of UK dial plan settings that work but because the service is not 100% I'm sure there are some other settings I need to change.

There are so many settings that I'm sure you can fine tune this unit to work with anything but has anyone else got one of these working correctly 100% of the time.

Been told that they are only OEM boxes and that they have to be supplied pre-configurerd. The one I have is new and unlocked so that can't be true.

Thanks for the suggestion, I did try to relaod the SPA2100 but there seemed to be a problem with the setup page as I could not get the application to configure the SPA2100 and then the forum site went off line. By then I had reset the unit so I had to spend the evening typing all the settings back in to get it up and running again.

To avoid this again is there a text file of the settings your application enters into the unit that I can compare against without having to rest it again. There is no way to backup the current config in case I need to roll back.

Read yesterday on another site that the Sticky 183 setting would cure the intermitant ring tone being duplicated by setting it to on. Set this as on for both line 1 and 2 but from then on line 2 lost all ring tones but line 1 still worked, checked the settings for both lines and they are the same. Thinking it might be the phone (they are different) I swaped them over but still the same, so ended up changing line 2 back to sticky off, will see how line 1 performs. :?
