Buying VoIP Phones from Voipfone

We send out hardware ordered via our website preconfigured with your account details. This means they can be connected up to your network locally and don't need to be configured in most situations. (Some routers can cause issues, Hardware Support here: viewforum.php?f=4)

To ensure your phones arrive correctly configured if you're planning on using our PBX service you must first order the PBX extensions on your account. Once the order has been placed the extensions ill be active on your account. You can then order the phones. On the order page it will ask you which extensions you wish to have set up with each phone. Simi ply select the relevant extension you wish to have set on each device and we'll have then sent out preconfigured.
