It will indeed lose settings and need to be reconfigured.

Please visit the phones web interface. You can do this by firstly finding the IP of the phone, then typing it into your web browsers address bar. To find the IP please press the 'help' button on the phone, then press the softkey under the screen corresponding with the 'IPAdr' option.

Once you have typed this into your browsers address bar please click 'log' on the left and email us over the contents of the log.
