Advice needed

Hi all,

Over a year or so ago I moved from Vonage to Voipfone and ported my number across. For the third time Vonage have re-issued my current number to a poor unsuspecting new customer.

I have called Vonage again and it seems to go in one ear and out the other....

Is there anything I can do to stop this as I have had my current number a while now and I'm reluctant to change the number.
