SagePay payment problems. 8th September 2009

Just for everyone to be aware, I had a renewing payment that was part processed yesterday which means I had an invoice amount I wasn't expecting, I logged into my account to check it and saw the following:
Important Notice
You have expired items on your account which will cease to work if you don't pay for them soon; click on the button below to renew them. Please contact customer services at support@voipfone.co.uk if you need more information


I have renewed this manually, unfortunately my phone number and extension billing is now out of line; but I would have expected Voipfone to have done this themselves - or emailed all customers regarding the payment issue rather than leaving it at a simple forum post.

We did run billing again later in the evening of the 9th which brought accounts up to date which had not automatically updated on the evening of the 8th.

Please email support regarding your multiple dates, this should not be the case. We can organise having your services all moved back to the same date.
