Setting Up Linksys SPA941 - Cutting out problems

Just brought this phone and set it up using the online setup, very easy. Phone works with incoming and outgoing calls, after about 15 sec it starts to drop out and then cuts out all together.

Currently we have a Watchgard Firebox firewall with 2 broadband lines comeing in which are set to load balance. Is this likely to be a problem. Any settings i should try and change from the wizard setup?
