Voipfone gives me wrong account balance

I started to dial a number just now. I only got as far as "0", then hesitated because I had lost the piece of paper with the number on it. After a short pause, Voipfone told me that I had zero minutes on the account, and my current balance was minus 60p. In fact, the balance was over £37.

Something wrong here, Shirley?

The answer is not to dial 0 :-)

154 is the correct number for hearing your credit.

(it's now on the bug list)
