Customise queue messages?

We've just signed up to PBX with Voipfone today. We have 3 phones that we want all to ring when calls come in. However, when someone rings in we might not answer immediately, we would like instead of a constant ringing tone to customise with a message telling the caller that the number is not for support but for pre-sales only. Basically we want the following, is it possible?

1) Someone rings
2) System picks up and plays our (personalised) message and tells them there place in the queue, music...
3) If the call is not answer within X seconds or minutes it goes to voicemail.

The call Q won't divert to voicemail I'm afraid - that's the point of the Q, you stay in it until served, or walk away. If you are unable to answer calls, you should turn the Q off and then a caller will go to voicemail after a period of ringing.

Ok, understood. However, are we able to customise the message that callers receive when in the queue. For example, we want it to initially introduce the name of who are they are calling and tell them that the line is for sales only and not support, then it can proceed with the normal queue position alerts and music.

With IVR you can do this.

You could have a message like:

"Welcome to Voipfone, the UK's leading internet telephone service provider. Please note this line is for sales enquries only. Please press 1 to be connected to a member of our team"

After pressing 1 they will then be connected to the queue.
