Bria problems

Hi

I'm having problems getting Bria to work with my voipfone account. I've set everything up as recommended in the instructions and followed various bits of advice found on this forum but cannot get the account to login.

I have set my user if as: (8digits+ext)@sip.voipfone.co.uk (have also tried @195.189.173.10)
I have entered my password correctly.
I have set outbound domain to sip.voipfone.co.uk (also tried IP above)
I have checked my firewall is not blocking connections.

On trying to connect status always displays as 'Failed'

Can anyone advise please?
