Custom Time delay for transfer to Voicemail

#1
In the busy world we live in and the increase in service quality have led to very fast answering of phones in all businesses. Voipfone's time delay is too long for most callers, and they hang up before being transferred to Voicemail when calls don't get answered.
We desperately need to be able to set up our preferred time delay.
Thanks

You can do this with your telephone - what do you use?

You need to configure your phone to forward calls after x rings. You'll find the instructions in page 3.15 of your user manual:

"Call Forward No Answer"

There is no number. It's likey it may not actually work on your phone.

Snom phone send back a 'busy' response after the time out of no target number is entered - causing us to pass the call to voicemail

It can't be.

You can enable the voicemail on the phone itself though, with a delay of 0 seconds, 15 seconds or 30 seconds.
