Is that the default response? Deny anything is wrong? You did that on my last post as well. WINMTR is a useless test as well because any router worth it's weight in gold has ICMP set to low priority.

Yes. Because for 95% of problems like yours are down to the connection or the router.

No. If we have a problem it affects many thousands of businesses and if we don't fix it within seconds these boards would fill up with customer complaints and our phones would ring off the hook.

Thank you however, I'm looking for packet loss and bad lag and I'm not seeing it so the problem looks like it's elsewhere.

I suggest you call us (tomorrow now) on 020 7043 5555 and tell us exactly what is happening and one of our support people will go through it with you.
