Hi all
one of our customers can make and recieve calls just fine using linksys spa-2102's, but if they recieve a call when that call is ended is does not disconect the remote caller (if i call them from my mobile or landline Non voip) they end the call, their line shows a dial tone but my line is still active just no sound, mobile sits there counting seconds away.
Weird never had this before and done lots of these setups.
Help
Regards
Matthew
Re: Calls not Disconecting
#2If you call them, then you need to be the one to hang up. I am not sure if they are able to disconnect the line. If you try it with your home phone you will get the same effect.
The difference i would guess is they are on a "new line" when they get the dial tone. As you almost have unlimited virtual lines, where as the mobile only has one.

If you got any questions I'll be happy to help. Just don't ask me about VoIP, i know so little about that i'd bore you trying to talk about it, but we all have to learn sometime!
