Caller ID

I use the voipfone system to redirect calls to my mobile that are intended for the office.

However I have no way to tell if the customer has called me on my mobile number, or called the office (voipfone) number.

Is there a way I can solve this, so I can answer the phone correctly? As both my mobile number and the office are available publicly.

When using our PBX service you'll find a 'Line Presentation' option under 'Inbound phone number setup' within the PBX area - this service shows you your Voipfone number as caller ID when a call comes through, rather than the callers number. This allows you to tell which numbers have been diverted from us.

Do you currently use our PBX service already?
