No recieved call records!

Hi all, i currently have 2 numbers with voipfone that forward to my office BT line.

My problem is that i do not seem to have any 'Recieved Call Records'.
But i do have 'Dialled Call Records', being my forwarded calls, and including only my number!

I could really do with being able to use 'Recieved Call Record'.

Any idea whys its not working?

Any input will be greatly recieved.

Forwarded calls do not currently get written into the received calls category as they become outbound calls before being answered by you.

However, we can see the point in what you are saying and the engineers have agreed to have a look to see if there's a simple change that can be made. As always though; we can't say when this might happen.
