Dialing Extension

#1
I want to have the PBX setup so that when any calls, they immedaite get a message saying "Welcome to XXX if you know the extension of the person who wish to speak too please dial it now, otherwise press 0 or hold to speak to reception"

How this is possible? I guess it has something to do with the IVR but that seems more about defined groups rather than every extension?

Thanks

Rob

Using IVR you could have a greeting which asks a user to select an option. The options can be any single digit option, 1 - 9 and 0.

The options can go to a single extension, a call group, or call queuing. (extensions can also be diverted to other numbers, mobiles for example)

So, if you have less than 9 members of staff you could use this set-up.
