Help - Grandstream Budgetone 100 stopped working

My Budgetone 100 IP phone has recently stopped working with voipfone. As far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with the phone and it is connecting to the internet and updating the time on the clock etc. I can ping the SIP server from my computer connected to the same internet connection. I can see from the phone's logs that it is sending and receiving SIP messages.

Despite all this my phone cannot register with the SIP server and I can't make or receive calls. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
