We don't know that we had one - couldn't see anything wrong and couldn't reproduce it.

I suppose it's possible that one of our inbound providers had a glitch....

Just had a report from a customer that they couldn't reach us at around 11:55am yesterday.

On dialling, all they got was a number unobtainable (ie continuous) tone. They were calling from a BT line in the Liverpool area, if that helps.

I am getting this today, was all ok earlier today

I am a bit concerned as I am a new customer to voipfone and obviously calls inbound are my business lifeblood.

update from a BT line i get a dead tone after a short delay, from a mobile phone (T-Mobile) I get a recorded message saying I have dialled an incorrect number

We have no reported problems today and no system issues that we are aware of.
