Using Voipfone while overseas

Just a quick question, can I expect to be able to use our Voipfone system to make calls when based in Eastern Canada? Assuming we have a decent enough broadband connection there, would we experience much loss of quality or high latency/lag? As we are planning to open up an office there, a lot depends on whether VOIP would be of sufficient quality to enable us to speak with our UK clients without having call quality issues.

Any advice would be welcome.

I hope it will work sufficiently well, as its a bit of a risk for me to relocate there only to find that we have problems with the quality of telephone calls!! :)
