Registration error : 403 - Forbidden

I guess the support person would say it has to do with firewalls.

What I don't understand though is that this error message pops up after 5 min or so of inactivity and then disappears again (to be replaced by "Ready ...").

As all of us know, it can be fixed by restarting X-Lite (I use X-Lite 3.0).
I wish someone could explain to us whether this is a normal behaviour and if not, how to fix it (perhaps by changing something in the Account Settings).
