Hard to say, we have no other complaints so it looks like a local issue. Have you swopped the phone that's plugged into it too?

What codec are you using? Are you using the Nat Proxy? Are you registering to sip.voipfone.co.uk?

Having spoken to someone in tech support. We came to the conclusion that it may be the network cable causing the problems.

I have swapped the network cable out and am keeping an eye on it.

There are two phones plugged in, both different handsets.

Using a G711 codec and both use the NAT proxy registering to sip.voipfone.co.uk.
