Call Divert After 30 secs

Hi,

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but when I set the "after" time period for a divert it doesn't seem to make any difference. Calls are diverted immediately whatever it is set to.

Am I missing something somewhere else?

Yes - it's a reported bug; we're looking at it now, but 999 is taking priority atm.

Meanwhile, if you have a snom you can do it frome there.

Larry,

If you are using a SNOM phone you can use the phone's "Redirection after TIMEOUT" function to re-route the call until this is fixed.
