The transfer key should work fine alternatively you can quickly press ## to transfer a call

When I press transfer, and call on eof the extension, the extension rings, and I can talk to th eother person, while the external caller gets music on hold. All good so far. When I then press the xfer key, the call drops for both parties. What am I doing wrong?
