Cisco IP Phone 7912G phone PLEASE HELP

well im very new to this and don't really understand it all very i have been using the softphone with no problems but now i have gone for a hardware version the cisco 7912 it has arrived and its powered up but i have no idea how to make this work with voipfone i have read the user manual but it is no help please please could someone guide me through setting this up thanks in advance, i apologize now for my ignorance with this technology.

We don't know that phone - perhaps others do. Have you tried using these settings?
