Our engineers told us that the NAT Proxy stalled this morning for about 30 seconds. We have been monitoring this server closely for a couple of weeks and were able to re-start it very quickly but it would have caused some NRs.

If your phones can work without the NAT proxy you should remove it as it is only necessary to get round local firewall problems.

We are working on this today and, all being well, we will switch over to a new installation this evening. Hopefully this will kill the problem once and for all.
