Could this be the problem which is causing the mobile call back service not to call my voiphone geo number when I use the service ? , the line is working fine when directly dialed but dialing using the mobile via the call back service results in nothing.On the other hand if I divert my geo number to another number that I have with a different voip provider the call back service works fine .
Would anyone have an answer to this problem I have sent support two emails and called several times to day but not had any call from them yet and I do rely on the mobile call back quite a lot .
