phones register but then fail after 15-20 mins

Hi,

I'm having some problems and I was hoping you could help.

One of my clients has a new office with the following setup-

Eclipse MaxDSL product
Draytek Vigor 2800 router (with latest firmware update)
2x Linksys SPA-921 phones (also with latest firmware update)

We're experiencing problems where one or both phones every 20 minutes or so fails to register. When this happens if the phones are powered off/on they register ok, but then the same after 20 mins or so.

I've followed the optimization tips on your website and several tips from the forum, these are-

Binding phones' IP to MAC and opening TCP+UDP ports 5004-5065 on the router (phones are still using DHCP but will always get the same IP address from the router)

Reg Retry Intvl: 5 (secs) (this was set to 1200 so when the phones failed to register it took 20 minutes to re-register)

Proxy sip.voipfone.co.uk

Outbound proxy nat.voipfone.co.uk:5065 (the fault is the same with or without this setting)

Register expires 60

I've also factory reset the phones but the problem is still there.

worst hop is to 81.5.191.177 and it's 234 - could this be an ISP problem?
