Snom360 All transferred calls diverting? Help Please!

I'm having some problems with my extesion which is a Snom360.

Any calls transferred to my phone from another extension are going straight to voicemail.

I don't think I have a divert to voicemail set on my phone (I don't even know how to achieve this if I wanted to), I don't have a call divert set within our PBX configuration and DND (Do Not Dial) Isn't active.

I've tried rebooting but it doesn't clear the problem. We have another identically set up extension that is working fine.

[EDIT] I thought I'd better add that I can make calls & pick up incoming calls, I just can't receive calls transferred to me.

Any ideas?

Cured my own problem, I had previously changed the registrar of my phone to voip.co.uk rather than sip.voipfone.co.uk in anticipation of beta-testing the Custom messages on the IVR (Available any time soon please?)

I've changed it back and now it's working ok.
