Note that I have now sorted out how to get CLI to display. Within Regional settings tab within the Linksys PAP2 configuration advanced view page (the web interface for configuring your PAP2 adapter) there is a setting for Caller ID Method which needs to be set to ETSI FSK With PR(UK)

I have a slightly different issue.

It looks like on occasion the caller display is cut off so only half the number is shown.

For example

When there is an incoming call the number shown on the phone screen switches between the shortened 8 digit number to the full telephone number

My PAP2T has the been updated to the latest firmware 5.1.1 and still no joy.

My phone is DECT cordless (BT Synergy 3505).

Any ideas?

If you head into the web interface for your PAP2 and click: admin login > switch to advanced view > regional and head down to the miscellaneous section.

What is the Caller ID method currently set to?

Please try it on ETSI FSK With PR (UK) or Bellcore (N,Amer, China)

No, the settings are for how your inbound caller ID comes through to your connected phone.

Please send a PM to 'customer services' via this forum with your account number and the last three digits of your account password and link to this post. I'll take a look at your account and see how things are set at our side too
