Starting to get ticked off :)

Hello, I'm quite new to Voipfone as you can see, so excuse me if I ask some silly questions. I have entered all the info in the required fields on X-Lite and it continues to say: Login failed! Contact Network Admin! I have tried turning off my firewall and I've forwarded all ports and it continues to do it. But when I ping sip.voipfone.co.uk or voipfone.co.uk I get replys so it's working good... What's the problem?
