Is there anyway of getting a list of priority for 'things on the list' and an estimated time line? Even if the timeline isn't met, it is preferable to being told that something is on the list.

This really is the best we can do.


We are working on customised IVR at the moment which should be in beta very shortly (internally testing now). Consolidated billing is next.

In the mean time we are knocking off small features as we go along. Some things are also dependent on others and we get knocked off course by things beyond our control - like the BT issue that is still ongoing (but not customer affecting).

In short we've learned not to say too much before we know for sure.
