It could be a couple of things.

First just switch off your router and phone then restart your router and phone - in that order. That may sort it out.

If not, then either add or subtract the nat proxy - ie whichever way you have it now, try reversing it.

check you have the most recent version of the elmeg's firmware.

It may be a DNS issue so try adding the IP address instead of sip.voipfone.co.uk 195.189.173.10

and then add the IP of the NAT if necessary

nat is 195.189.173.12:5065
